Hello Austin: As you may recall, two months ago, around the time that Beto O’Rourke announced his candidacy for president, Stan Herd, a Kansas artist, created a 2-acre earth art likeness of O’Rourke — “BETO 2020,” it said — at Carson Creek Ranch, where it would be visible to planes flying in and out of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
