(San Francisco, Ca. June 8, 2020). Larry Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch and a former federal prosecutor will argue before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit at 9 a.m. Pacific (go to www.ca9.uscourts.gov) this Monday, June 8, 2020, in a case that involved the savage attack by Antifa, with the University of California at Berkeley’s complicity, against a young gay woman Kiara Robles, who simply tried to attend a speech by Milo Yiannopoulos, then of Breitbart News.
The case on appeal was wrongly dismissed by the Honorable Claudia Wilken, not coincidentally an alum of Berkeley and an appointee of President Bill Clinton.
Klayman had this to say about this lawsuit prior to the oral argument this Monday before the Ninth Circuit:
“In the last week, Antifa has been correctly designated by President Trump as a domestic terrorist group, but its attempts to harm those who it disagrees with began with the attack on Kiara Robles and others on the Berkeley campus. But while the Trump Justice Department, as usual, under Attorney General Bill Barr, just talks, Freedom Watch takes action!”
Embedded below are the legal briefs and complaint that were filed by Mr. Klayman on behalf of Ms. Robles and the other parties.
