Larry Klayman, founder of both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, helped President Reagan’s Justice Department break up AT&T, and two counts against the social media giants focus on anti-trust law. The suit, filed in the District of Columbia on Wednesday, named the four internet giants as defendants and charged them with violating Section One and Two of the Sherman Act, the First Amendment, and Washington, D.C.’s discrimination law.
