US evacuating most Ukraine embassy staff over invasion fears AP NEWS February 12, 2022 WASHINGTON (AP) — The United States is evacuating almost all of the staff from its embassy in Kyiv as Western intelligence officials warn that a Russian invasion of Ukraine is increasingly imminent. Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler announced Friday that Arturo Cuacuas, 54, of Newburgh, pleaded guilty Wednesday to the felony charge in connection with the death of his son Peter. Cuacuas has agreed to cooperate in the prosecution of the boy’s primary caregiver, Leticia Bravo, 39, of Newburgh, who is facing several felony charges, including second-degree murder.
