(Washington, D.C., July 6, 2013). Today, Larry Klayman, an international lawyer, former federal prosecutor, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch and a former U.S. Senate candidate himself from Florida called on Senator John McCain to leave the U.S. Senate before he makes an even greater fool of himself and harms the nation even more. Giving the Senator credit for his service and sacrifice in Vietnam, and on occasion as a politician, Klayman stressed how in recent years McCain has exhibited an extreme dose of irrationality, bordering on senility. His latest bout with senility was exhibited today when he called on the United States to cut off funding for the Egyptian military, after it heroically removed on July 3, 2013, ironically one day before our Independence Day, Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi, the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, the granddaddy and among the most evil of all terrorist groups in the Middle East.
“Rather than ostracizing and choking off aid for the one sane Arabic faction in the Middle East that has done something constructive, McCain should be calling for greater American support to aid the Egyptian military to extinguish totally the Muslim Brotherhood. But McCain, exhibiting his characteristic inflated sense of himself as well as his irrationality, instead in effect suggests that the radical Muslim Brotherhood leader Morsi should be reinstalled as president of Egypt in the name of so called “democracy.”
“Regrettably this senile call by McCain is consistent with his other actions and non-actions in recent years. While advocating that the United States intervene and devote great resources in nearly all failed Middle Eastern conflicts from Iraq, to Afghanistan to Libya to Syria, notably absent from the ‘big shot’s’ rhetoric has been any real push to remove the mullahs in Iran from power. Iran is the biggest source of terrorism in the world and has built atomic weapons capability in recent years, but McCain instead avoids discussing or doing anything to rid the world of this scourge and instead backs other worthless, counterproductive wars. And, when something truly positive happens in the Middle East, such as the removal of Morsi and his evil Muslim Brotherhood from Egyptian politics and governance, to get press attention he boasts of cutting off the Egyptian military from American support, which ironically took strong steps on behalf of the Egyptian people to further democracy by removing Morsi and his fellow terrorists from power.”
“McCain is an irrational blowhard; a senile dinosaur whose time has come and gone. He should step down as a U.S. Senator, and reallocate his time from being a self promoting establishment hack to devoting his time to playing with coloring books, rather than our nation’s, Israel’s and the world’s security and well-being,” stated Klayman.
